We offer a 10-day return privilege. You have 10 business days from the date your order arrives in which to return a product to us. After this period all applicable sales are final. Specials and closeouts are not returnable for any reason.
Return Policy
Retail customers of Small Treasures Custom Crafts may return product within 10 days of the date the order arrives.All returned products must be new and resellable conditions and returned in their original wrapping and packaging.
Merchandise not received in this way will be returned to customer at their cost.
Please call or email for an authorization before returning any product.
Merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. Call tags will not be issued for returned product.

Minimum Order: We do not have a minimum size. So feel free to get what you need at anytime.

Processing orders: Most in stock order will be shipped out within 2 business days. Durning holidays, please allow up to 5 days. No shipping on postal holidays. For international orders please allow more time.

Availability: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. If you cannot wait for the entire order, we will remove the backordered item(s), adjust your invoice, and bill you accordingly.
